Portfolio hierarchy
An organization may manage one or many communities, and each community contains its own properties. Organization membership and community assignments determine staff access within that hierarchy.
Staff and resident contexts
The staff application uses organization roles and community assignments. The resident portal uses active property relationships and resident-access links. A person who uses both areas receives the access rules of the area they are currently using.
