Adding field staff
Prepare team members to receive inspection assignments.
Assign the right role
An organization administrator first assigns the team member an eligible Assocentra role, such as Inspector or Community Manager. Plain organization members cannot receive inspection assignments.
Grant community access
Add the team member to Community Access for each community where they will work. Inspection assignment options are limited to active, eligible memberships with the required community access.
