Creating an inspection run
Create a community-scoped inspection run and prepare its property queue.
Create the run
Open Inspections, choose New inspection run, select an authorized community, and enter the run details. The run begins in a preparatory state so assignments can be reviewed.
Prepare field work
Choose all active properties or a reviewed selection when creating the run, assign eligible field staff, and optionally organize the resulting queue with zones or smart distribution before starting field work.
