Adding owners and residents

Open a property, choose Add person, and enter the available contact information. Select the relationship that describes the person’s connection to that property, such as Owner, Co-owner, Resident, Tenant, or Household member.

Use start and end dates to represent when a relationship applies. Ending a relationship preserves history and removes it from current resident-access eligibility when the end date has passed.
