Inviting team members
Invite staff to the active organization and assign their Assocentra role.
Invite a team member
Organization administrators can open Organization, choose Invite member, and send an invitation to the team member’s email address. The recipient signs in and accepts the organization invitation before Assocentra synchronizes their least-privileged membership.
Assign operational access
After the member joins, an organization administrator can assign an eligible Assocentra role. Community-capable roles may also need explicit Community Access assignments before they can work in a community.
