Configure Board resident administration
Choose whether authorized Board resident changes require management approval.
Safe default
Each community requires management approval by default. An Organization Administrator can change this in Community Governance & access. Disabling approval does not grant any Board permission; the user's effective community role must still allow each action.
Board submissions
Board users can open Resident administration only when their role permits it. The page explains whether their authorized change will be queued for management or take effect directly after validation.
