Use stable references
Map names and any available email, phone, and external reference. Assocentra only performs an automatic people match when an explicit external reference identifies an existing person within the same organization.
Review uncertain matches
Names, phone numbers, and email addresses alone are not treated as permission or as sufficient proof that two records are the same person. Keep distinct source references when records must remain separate.
