Import properties with explicit, organization-scoped community mapping.
Map each property
Include a community reference plus the property address and any unit, lot, or source external reference. Unit information is important when several properties share a street address.
Review lifecycle and capacity
Migration-created properties enter Inactive status. They do not consume active-property capacity until an authorized user activates them through the normal property workflow.
