Revoking resident access
Remove a resident’s access without deleting historical relationships.
Revoke the access link
Open the applicable resident-access management view and revoke the active link. Revocation removes portal access for that property while preserving the relevant history.
Keep relationship dates accurate
When a resident’s property relationship ends, record the end date as well. Assocentra rechecks relationship and membership state during resident requests instead of relying only on an earlier invitation.
