Understanding duplicates

Review deterministic duplicate signals before committing imported data.

Why rows are flagged

Property checks use signals such as organization-scoped external references and normalized address details, including unit information where supplied. People are not automatically merged solely by name, email, or phone.

Resolve deliberately

Review possible duplicates and decide whether to skip the row or retry it as a distinct record when that option is valid. Duplicate classification prevents the row from being silently committed as a new record.
