Confirm that every source row has a documented outcome.
Account for source rows
Reconciliation compares analyzed row totals with committed, matched, and intentionally skipped outcomes. A project is not complete while required stages or rows remain unexplained.
Run final reconciliation
Complete or explicitly skip earlier stages, resolve outstanding issues, and then run the reconciliation stage. Use the resulting totals to review the migration before operational rollout.
