Cancelling requests
Cancel an eligible request with an appropriate explanation.
Resident cancellation
Residents may cancel their own Submitted, In review, or Awaiting resident request from the active property context and may provide a reason.
Staff cancellation
Authorized staff may cancel those same states using a resident-safe reason. Closed and already cancelled requests are terminal and cannot be cancelled again.
