Review and move resident requests through supported lifecycle states.
Open the request
Authorized staff can filter and open requests for communities they may access. The request detail includes property context, current status, and the relevant activity history.
Use supported actions
Staff can start review, request information, resume review, resolve, reopen, close, or cancel when that action is valid for the current status. Assocentra rejects invalid or stale transitions.
