Understanding request statuses

Learn what each resident request status means.

Active statuses

Draft means the request has not been submitted. Submitted means it is ready for staff review. In review means staff is working on it. Awaiting resident means staff has requested more information or action from the resident.

Completed statuses

Resolved means staff has recorded a resolution and the request may still be reopened. Closed means work is complete and the request is terminal. Cancelled means the request ended without continuing through resolution.
