Create the rule
Open Rules for the community and create a rule with its category, title, normalized text, effective dates, visibility, and source document details where applicable.
Approval and versions
Rules become operational through the existing approval workflow. Editing creates or updates versioned rule information so prior operational context is not silently rewritten.
