Managing document visibility

Resident visible documents may appear to authorized residents of the community. Staff and board documents remain limited to appropriately authorized application users, while management-internal documents use the narrowest internal audience.

Visibility applies to the document resource and its private download path. Confirm that the PDF itself is suitable for the selected audience before making it resident visible.
