Uploading governing documents

Open a community’s Documents area, choose New document, enter the document details, select its visibility, and upload the PDF. New versions are added from the document detail page instead of replacing history.

Assocentra stores document files privately and processes supported PDFs for page-aware text. A processing failure does not make a private file public and can be reviewed from the document record.
