Open Resident approvals in the Management workspace. Confirm the community, property, relationship, effective date, and submitter before choosing an outcome.
- Approve without invitation to create the relationship while deferring portal access.
- Approve and invite when the proposal has an eligible email address and portal access should begin.
- Request correction with a short customer-safe reason, or reject the proposal without changing resident records.
