Submit a resident for access from the Board workspace
Add a property relationship from an authorized Board community context.
Submit the change
Open Resident administration in the Board workspace, choose a property, enter the bounded relationship details, and submit. If management approval is required, the change remains pending and no invitation is sent.
Why a change is pending
Your community may require management to verify Board-initiated resident changes. If correction is requested, the proposal displays a reason and an edit form for resubmitting the corrected details.
