Understand management review and the next step for a Board submission.
Management approval
A pending status means your community requires management review for Board-initiated resident changes. The relationship and portal invitation do not take effect until management approves the proposal.
What happens next
Management may approve, approve and invite, request a correction, or reject the proposal. When a correction is requested, use the bounded edit form on your Resident administration page and resubmit the same proposal.
